The Planning Commission meets the third Tuesday of every month, only if there are planning applications filed with the Borough. To apply to the Planning Commission the application must be submitted to the Edwardsville Borough not less then fourteen (14) days prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting date. At the time of the filing an applicant shall pay to the Borough the required administrative fee and submit the required paperwork in ten (10) copies. Separate and additional fees for reviews, inspections, advertising, and/or any professional consultants shall be the responsibility of the applicant.
